Delivery Information

 

We provide complimentary next day delivery for all orders over £95 placed before 2pm. Please see below for further details. Orders will be delivered the next day if ordered before 2pm. 

 

Delivery 

Next day delivery is free on all orders over £95. Any orders below this value will be charged £4.99 for our premium next working day delivery service. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Our cut off time for next day delivery is 2pm. All orders after this time will be delivered the next working day. An order placed on Friday after 2 pm will be dispatched on Monday for next day delivery. Delivery outside of mainland UK to locations such as islands, the highlands and lowlands may incur additional delivery time and cost.  

 

Collection

You can collect your order the same day of purchase from our depot in Widnes, Cheshire. Our full address is Packaging Chimp, Unit 1, Everite Road Industrial Estate, Westgate, Widnes, Cheshire, WA8 8RA. You can collect your order from the same day of purchase between the hours of 8am to 3pm free of charge. Orders placed before 3pm are eligible for same day collection. 

 

Re-Delivery

If there is no-one available to accept collection at your nominated delivery address, our couriers will leave your order with a neighbour if this is possible (this does not apply if you are a business). Otherwise, the order will be returned to the courier's local depot.  You will need to contact the courier to either arrange re-delivery or to collect from their local depot. A card will be left showing the relevant contact details. It is your responsibility to contact the courier. 

If you do not contact them within 3 working days, the courier will then return your order to Packaging Chimp.  In this event, you will need to contact us on 0330 380 1809 / sales@packagingchimp.co.uk to re-arrange delivery.An additional delivery charge may be payable. Whilst we endeavor to meet the delivery timeframes specified, sometimes the delivery timescales are out of our hands and we cannot offer refunds for missed delivery times.

 

Stock Availability

If your order item is in stock at the time of placing the order, then this will be delivered next day or you can collect from our Widnes depot same day/next day (as explained above).
If your order item is out of stock, we will normally indicate the expected delivery date/collection date on your order confirmation.  However, occasionally this date may not be known at the time of placing the order, in which case we will contact you as soon as we have an available date. 

If this date is not suitable and you need the item sooner, we will do our best to accommodate this, but if this is not possible you can request to cancel the order item and we will arrange a refund.
